1. OVERVIEW

    This Readme file pertains to the current release of the LEXMARK CLOUD CONNECTOR 
    eSF application.

    Lexmark Cloud Connector is an embedded solution that can be installed on 
    printers that support the Lexmark Embedded Solutions Framework (eSF) v6.x or 
    later. It lets users upload and print files directly from a variety of cloud 
    storage providers.

    b. Memory: The printer must have a minimum of 1GB of RAM.
	
    c. Supported browsers for accessing the configuration page are Google 
       Chrome v43.x.x.x and Internet Explorer 11.x.x. For Internet Explorer, 
       we recommend turning off the compatibility settings.


4. LIMITATIONS AND COMPATIBILITY OF RELEASE

    a. If the home button is pressed while scanning, the job is canceled, and no 
       message appears.
	   
    b. Scanning to Box using a duplicate filename is not supported.
	
    c. Depending on the set time, sleep mode may be activated while a print or 
       scan job is ongoing.
	
    d. If the device proxy is changed, then the application icon may take a few 
       minutes to appear during installation.

    e. Scan settings are based on default firmware settings for email.
	
    f. Print settings are based on default firmware settings for USB drive.
	   
    g. Pressing the home, cancel, or back button while printing or scanning 
       cancels the job.
	   
    h. Sending emails when SSL is enabled is not supported.
	
    i. A OneDrive account may be accessible after logging out. The application
       may take a few minutes for the logout to complete.
	   
    j. For email instructions to reach the inbox successfully, set the printer
       reply-to address to an email associated in the email server domain.

    k. The application supports TIFF, JPEG, PDF, XPS, TXT, RTF, DOCX, and CSV file 
       formats for scanning.

    l. After updating Cloud Connector to version 1.7.11, going into shortcuts that 
       were created on previous versions and then clicking the back button crashes 
       the application.


5. RELEASE NOTES

    * Bug fixes.

      Note: These features are available only on the Cloud Connector eSF 
            application.
