200.05 Paper Jam When Printing Duplex from MPF

A 200.05
paper jam error appears on the printer display when printing duplex from the Multipurpose feeder
(MPF
).

A simplex print job will not post an error but it will pick multiple sheets of paper from the MPF.

Pick issues from the MPF are expected to happen when the printer reaches more than 50k sheet count.

Performing these steps below will fix the issue:

Flex, fan, and straighten the paper stack to prevent sheets from sticking together.

If the issue still persist, use tray 1 or other tray options.
